Production time

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from delivery time.

Domestic shipping (Australia)

• Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express: 3-5 business days after dispatch (where available)
• Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
• Tracking is provided for all orders via email once dispatched

International shipping

• International delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country
• Grove is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Delivery issues

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If it's still unresolved, contact us at groveforpalestine@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery notification and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Grove is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Double-check your details before placing your order.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost. If we don't hear back within 14 days, a store credit will be issued minus original shipping costs.
