Our approach

Because every order is produced on demand, we don't hold stock — your shirt is made when you buy it. We stand behind the quality of everything we send out, and we'll make it right if something goes wrong on our end.

What we accept returns for

We'll offer a full replacement or refund for:

  • Items that arrive with a print defect, manufacturing fault, or damage in transit
  • Items that arrive in the wrong size, colour, or design to what was ordered

To make a claim, contact us at groveforpalestine@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

What we don't accept returns for

  • Change of mind — please check size guides carefully before ordering
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Slight colour variation due to screen calibration differences
  • Items that have been washed against care instructions

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You won't be asked to return faulty or incorrect items — we'll sort a replacement or refund and the item is yours to keep or donate.

Donation component

20% of revenue from your order has already been allocated to Medical Aid for Palestinians at the time of sale. Refunds for eligible claims will be processed in full — this does not affect our giving commitment.

Australian Consumer Law

Our policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund. If the failure is minor, we may repair or replace at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
