Who we are

Grove is an Australian sole trader operating that designs and sell clothing, with 20% of all revenue donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout — Grove does not store card details
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud is suspected or items are listed in error
  • Order confirmations are sent by email — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within 10 minutes

Production and fulfilment

Grove operates a print-on-demand model. Items are produced after your order is placed, which means we are unable to modify or cancel orders once production has commenced. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Intellectual property

All Grove designs, branding, copy, and artwork are our property. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Grove creative assets without written permission. Purchasing a garment does not transfer any IP rights.

Acceptable use

Grove products are sold for personal use. Bulk resale without our agreement is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Donations

Grove commits 20% of all revenue to Medical Aid for Palestinians. This is a brand commitment — it is not a tax-deductible donation from the purchaser. MAP is an independent charity and Grove operates separately from them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grove's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect loss, including delays outside our control (carrier disruptions, customs, natural events).

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order (name, address, email). We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of fulfilment and payment processing. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Western Australia.
